Amaya Loubeau Completing an internship: 5 points June-December 2025
During my internship with ARTNOIR, I managed content across Instagram, Threads, and TikTok, which really pushed me to think beyond just posting and into how art is actually communicated to an audience. I spent a lot of time creating short form content around contemporary Black art exhibitions, and through that process, I learned how to translate complex ideas into something that feels engaging, accessible, and still true to the work. It forced me to move quickly but with intention, thinking about tone, visuals, and timing all at once. More than anything, this experience helped me understand how powerful digital platforms can be in shaping visibility, and how marketing and storytelling play a huge role in connecting people to art. It definitely grew my skills in social media and branding, but it also made me more intentional about how I want to use those tools to amplify Black artists and expand their reach.
