Developing Internship Applications and Essays: Georgetown School of Medicine ARCHES Program (+4 points)

 

 Applying to the ARCHES program at Georgetown University School of Medicine represents an important step in my journey toward becoming a physician-scientist committed to service and equity. The program’s focus on mentorship, academic enrichment, and exposure to healthcare pathways strongly aligns with my passion for combining research with community impact. As someone deeply interested in women’s health and scientific inquiry, ARCHES feels like an opportunity to further develop both my clinical insight and leadership skills.

The application process itself encouraged reflection on my purpose, responsibilities, and long-term goals in medicine.
