Attending performances (theater, musical, concerts, opera, dance): 2 points

I had the pleasure of attending the Stardew Valley Symphony of Seasons musical concert at the Fox Theater. This show was particularly exciting because it brought the music from my favorite video game to life. It was filled with all types of music, from upbeat and fast to slow and relaxing. Hearing my favorite music live and in person is an experience that continues to transcend listening to the audio version of music. 

Going to this concert was a new experience and taught me what a symphony was. I was close enough to the stage to have an excellent view of the string instrument section and see them play throughout the concert. This activity taught me that it is imperative to take breaks and reward yourself throughout your life, especially when you work hard. I learned that after I rewarded myself with a concert, I could relax my mind, body, and soul, and, in turn, return to my work with a clearer mind. Furthermore, I learned that it is necessary to have a little whimsy in your life, such as a video game symphony concert.
