Syriana Etheart: Voulnteering for Sandwich Run (1-2 points)

 On November 8th, I participated in a Sandwich Run. I attended this event as a member of the pre-dental club. During this event, I essentially helped construct sandwiches that would be passed out to families in need throughout the Atlanta community. Alongside the sandwiches, kits were being made that included drinks and chips. 

Overall, I had a fun time at this event. It was a great way to give back to the community and served as a reminder that, despite food being a basic necessity, it unfortunately isn’t always available to everyone. This event also allowed me to connect with more of the pre-dental club members, which I enjoyed. I love volunteer events such as this one and would definitely like to participate in more in the future.
