Evidence of engaged participation in an academic honors society: 6 Points (C'O 2027)

This photo was taken during my Alpha Epsilon Delta, (National Health Pre-Professional Honor Society) induction ceremony. During this experience I was able to network with fellow inductees and hear the story of a Morehouse graduate's experience in medicine. I thoroughly enjoyed the insight I was able to gain about being Black in the medical field and the importance of exhibiting resilience. I will take what I learned from this event about obtaining and utilizing connections in order to achieve my goals of being a physician-scientist.
