Attending Honor’s Program Christmas Party (3 Points)-Jordan Benjamin

 

On December 5th, I attended the Ethel Waddell Githii Honors Christmas Party. I greatly enjoyed my time at this event.

This event was held to celebrate the holiday season and to have some holiday spirit with our honors sisters

before break. The activities that took place included an ornament decorating contest, cookie decorating,

a photo booth, musical chairs, and more. My favorite activities were ornament decorating and musical

chairs, as I loved seeing the more competitive sides of my classmates. This was also a great event for me to

unwind before finals week and was a well-enjoyed break from studying. An additional bonus was the

delicious food and the hot drink stand, which featured hot chocolate and hot apple cider, both of which are

favorites of mine. I hope to attend more events in the future to allow me to get to know more of my honors

sisters and to spend time with those I have already met. Overall, I greatly enjoyed this event and getting to

bring in the holiday season with my Honors sisters.
