Summer Associate at EY-Parthenon
This summer, I had the opportunity to take on Associate-level responsibilities, which pushed me to grow both technically and professionally. I sharpened my skills in Excel and PowerPoint while supporting client engagements through research synthesis, customer and competitor call insights, and quality checks on deliverables. I also assisted with deck updates and content development, all aimed at improving workflow efficiency and delivering greater impact for our clients.
Beyond client work, I had the chance to contribute in meaningful ways across the firm. I supported business development proposals and insights papers, expanded my technical toolkit through EY’s learning platforms, and collaborated with the DEI committee to plan and co-host a Business Resource Group panel. Each of these experiences allowed me to explore new dimensions of consulting and leadership.
Perhaps most rewarding was the opportunity to connect with more than 40 professionals across EY and EY-Parthenon. Through these conversations, I gained invaluable mentorship, diverse perspectives, and a deeper appreciation for the collaborative culture that drives the firm. This summer reaffirmed my passion for problem-solving, continuous learning, and building relationships that make work both impactful and fulfilling.
