Peaceful Yoga with Honors Program - 2029

I had an amazing time participating in a guided yoga session hosted by the honors program. During this event, I learned new yoga poses and new ways to release stress through stretching. This was impactful for me because of mid-term exams happening, and my tendency to get overwhelmed. I appreciated this relaxing and stress releasing activity and plan to practice stretching and yoga in my free time. The class helped me try something new and was a great way to connect with other honors students.
