Participation in Honors Program Leadership Roles (4 points)
Now in my second year as Upperclasswomen Liaison, I’ve had the opportunity to strengthen connections between upperclass students and the honors community. In this role, I focus on fostering a supportive intellectual encouraging engagement, and ensuring that upperclasswomen feel supported both academically and personally. Over the past year, I’ve grown from assisting with events to taking the lead in organizing discussions, sharing resources, and representing student perspectives in program planning. This position has challenged me to be a more intentional communicator and advocate, while also reminding me of the value of community within the Honors Program. Through this experience, I’ve developed stronger leadership skills and a deeper appreciation for the impact of collaboration and student voice.
