Organizing and Hosting a Workshop (10 points) - Ami Dodd-Mungin

This October, I had the amazing opportunity to host another workshop at Scraplanta Creative Reuse. I titled this workshop “The Whimsical World of Junk Drawer Jewelry.” This workshop aimed to teach others about discovering, appreciating, and utilizing their personal whimsy, the magical properties of the items in a junk drawer, and how to create using them. I explained how making jewelry out of the trinkets found in a junk drawer is like mixing their whimsy with that of the items and making magic! This was such a great workshop, and I loved sharing my passion for creative reuse and personal whimsy with others. A total of 12 participants attended, and they all made such beautiful creations. I can’t wait to host my next workshop!
