    On September 18th, 2025, I had the opportunity to attend a M.A.C Cosmetics seminar where we learned how to apply makeup like professionals, received headshots, and got personalized color matches with select products. Additionally, we were able to explore internship opportunities with the company and ask questions about potential career paths. This experience allowed me to see firsthand how passion and expertise in the beauty industry can be combined with professional development and networking. As someone who has always loved makeup and aspires to create my own line that blends Christianity with beauty, this seminar reinforced my desire to build a career that merges personal faith, creativity, and entrepreneurship. Observing the M.A.C professionals’ precision and creativity encouraged me to think critically about my own artistic approach and how I can maintain authenticity while striving for excellence.This event reminded me that pursuing your passion requires both skill and intentionality. I left feeling motivated, inspired, and even more determined to create products that empower and inspire others. It also reinforced the importance of seizing mentorship and internship opportunities to grow professionally in spaces I aspire to thrive in.
