Leadership Role in an Academic Orientation (5 points) - Ami Dodd-Mungin

At the beginning of the semester, I campaigned to be the Sisterhood Chair of the Noire Contemporary Ensemble and was elected! As sisterhood chair, I foster and nurture the bonds between ensemble members. I do this by planning and facilitating bonding events for the ensemble and communicating with the members consistently. I really enjoy my role and led my first bonding event this month, a Bonfire Jam Session, where we ate s’mores, sang, played our instruments together, and played a game I made for the group. I’m excited to continue in my role this year!
