This summer, I completed an internship at Cisco Systems in San Jose, CA. My role as a Software Engineering intern pushed me in multiple ways this summer. I was able to increase my knowledge of Computer Science through an AI Chatbot project. I was also able to speak with and network among many Directors and Vice Presidents at Cisco, gaining insight into the lessons they learned as engineers that led them to their current positions. My internship experience has allowed me to further solidify what I want out of my future career and has pushed me to achieve the goals I want to reach.
