2025 ZOL Conference | Attending a General Interest Conference or Workshop: 3 points

    This past July, I attended the 2025 Zeta Organizational Leadership Conference in Tampa, FL.  ZOL stands as Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.’s 3 1/2 day intensive leadership training program, striving to equip Sorors with the skills necessary to lead on every level of our Sorority as well as in their respective fields. I completed both the preliminary virtual sessions and the in-person sessions, collaborating with Sorors from diverse backgrounds within our Sisterhood, and even participated in a mock case study in which I planned a large-scale event that received positive feedback from the group.  Due to my diligence and engagement, I not only received ZOL Certification as a member of Cohort 12, but I also received Professional Development Credit through the EMpowered Leadership: Harnessing Self-Awareness and Strategic Rest workshop!  I am proud to bring these skills back to campus and look forward to seeing them in action!
