NSO Exploration: AUC Robert W. Woodruff Library Card

During NSO, the Class of 2029 had a tour of the AUC Woodruff Library. We learned about its resources, archives, and access to their technology. Because I wanted to be a part of the AUC Library community, I registered my Student ID to also serve as my library card (meaning they stuck the registration barcode on the back of my ID). As I explored the library with one of my friends, I came across their Technology Design Lab, meaning it was a space for people to use their computers for printing, graphic design, sound operations, and video editing. Since my major is Documentary Filmmaking, I knew it was the perfect place to experiment and complete different assignments that my professor might give me. It's also a space where I can create and meet other people that take interest in some of the creative avenues I take interest in. The lab, as well as the entire library, not only allows me to further my education and understanding of the world, but it also promotes community and connecting with people that share similar interests and perspectives.
