I served on the planning committee for the Big Sister Little Sister Exchange for the 2025–2026 academic year, where I played a key role in organizing one of the largest community-building initiatives within our organization. The process took over three months of planning and required consistent coordination across the team to ensure everything came together smoothly. As part of the event, we invited a guest speaker, the spelman choir to perform and matched over 600 students. That process alone required a high level of attention to detail, as the goal was to foster meaningful, long-term connections instead of random ones. Being part of this experience reinforced how much structure and intentionality go into creating something that feels natural and impactful.
